In a further update to the Randy Orton suspension saga, F4WOnline.com reports that Orton failed the WWE Wellness Policy last month for testing positive for elevated levels of testosterone. “The Apex Predator” has been telling people that he failed for taking a tainted supplement that contained the testosterone which caused him to tail and be suspended for 60 days.
Orton reportedly claims he didn’t take the substance on purpose and was not aware of the testosterone levels but does acknowledge that he should have been more careful.
SuperLuchas.net previously claimed that Orton had tested positive for Dianabol, an orally-effective anabolic steroid commonly used by bodybuilders for years until it was banned by Congress under the Controlled Substances Act. These reports were unconfirmed and now likely look to be false.
The latest update we have on Orton’s status with the WWE is that he could be forced to undergo a 12 month unpaid sabbatical/suspension to recharge his batteries and re-find his love for the industry.
